Leadership Program Offerings/Information

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator: MBTI

The MBTI is a personality/preference test used to identify and clarify ones self, motivations, natural strengths, and potential areas for growth. Used as a Teambuilding tool, the MBTI can help co-workers understand each other and why our actions often cause unnecessary misunderstandings.

The Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program was developed to affirm values that build and enhance the desired organizational culture. It is organized to deliver outcomes in performance, quality, service, and growth through the development of the staff.
